Participation in the event is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. Participants agree to have sufficient personal travel insurance to be able to cover any medical expenses, loss or disruption to travel.

Health and Safety: Le Jardin Prive24 is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all attendees. Participants agree to adhere to all health and safety guidelines established by Le Jardin Prive24 and its’ representatives.

Behaviour and Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Le Jardin Prive24 reserves the right to remove any participant from the Event who engages in disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour.

Photography and Media: The Event may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded. By attending the Event, participants grant Le Jardin Prive24 permission to use their likeness in any media format for promotional or other purposes without compensation.

Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Le Jardin Prive24 is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Force Majeure: Le Jardin Prive24 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Le Jardin Prive24 disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in the Event.

Agreement: By attending the Event, participants acknowledge that they have read understood, and agree to the terms of this disclaimer
*Any damage caused as a result of your attendance will be chargeable to the party lead.
