Our Le Mans 24 motorsport experience brings together premium accommodation, hospitality and transfers in one carefully curated stay — so everything is taken care of from arrival to departure.

Stay in a private, luxuary glamping village in the stunning grounds of Le Château Prieurie de Vivoin, located just 30 mins transfer to all the action at Circuit de la Sarthe.

- Due to traffic congestion, it is usual that LJP drivers drop clients at the tram for the final leg of the journey which can take up to 30 minutes to get to the track entrance – if the track traffic is heavily congested, this will be the only option to get you inside within a reasonable time
- You are responsible for arranging your own travel to and from Le Jardin Prive. Check in is from 2 PM Thurs & Checkout 11 AM on Monday.

Itinerary

- 2pm Arrival on Thursday 11th June to our 17th century La Prieurie de Vivoin estate, where you will be welcomed to our VIP glamping village. One of our concierge team will show you to your glamping lodge and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
- 6pm - Welcome drinks and start of the evening entertainment.
- 8pm – BBQ and band
- 10am – 1pm - Buffet brunch/ lunch will be available.
- 2pm - Option to take one of our private return transfers to enjoy the Free Practice sessions and Sprint Challenge at Le Mans circuit.
- 8pm – 12am - LJP Entertainment at La Prieurie
- 10am – 1pm - Buffet brunch/ lunch will be available.
- Friom 12 pm – Option to take one of our private return transfers to Le Mans circuit to soak up the atmosphere and see all 62 cars and drivers.
- 4pm - Opening ceremony and race start of the 94th Le Mans 24 Hour Race.
- 8pm – 12am - LJP Entertainment at La Prieurie
- 10am – 1pm - Buffet brunch/ lunch will be available.
- From 12pm - Option to take one of our private return transfers Le Mans circuit to enjoy the last laps of sheer endurance.
- 4pm Race finish at Le Mans 24 Hour Race and experience of podium presentation.
- 8pm LJP BBQ followed by LJP Entertainment at La Prieurie
- 10am Continental breakfast.
- 11am Check out and depart.
