Le Mans 24 Hour Itinerary 2025

Thursday 12th June

Arrive on Thursday 12th June at our eleventh century La Prieure De Vivoin estate where you will be welcomed to our VIP glamping village.
One of the LJP24 concierge team will show you to your glamping lodge and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.

6pm – Welcome Drinks and start of the evening entertainment.

8pm-11pm – BBQ and Band

Friday 13th June

9am-10.30am – Breakfast is served chateau for our guests of La Prieurie Glamping which include Meats, Cheeses, Fresh French bread and Pastries - with Tea, Coffee, Water and Juices.

12pm – Supercars leave the Prieurie and head to the Groirie for Supercar show.

12.30pm-3pm – Super Car Brunch at La Groirie. Our resident Chef will serve Buffet brunch/lunch and will be available at our Groirie VIP chateau for our guests of La Prieurie Glamping. Transfers to the Groirie chateau will take place from 12.00pm from the main car park.

Further Events – Le Mans Circuit

2pm – Option to take one of our private return transfers to enjoy the Free Practice sessions and Sprint Challenge at Le Mans circuit.

8pm-3am - LJP Club Experience at La Prieurie with DJs, Shhh Resident and Tomorrowland Presenter Carly Wilford, Eastie, Folie Douce DJ Jared, JD, Ruby D and more.

Shuttle Transfers throughout the evening

Saturday 14th June

9am-10.30am – Breakfast is served chateau for our guests of La Prieurie Glamping which include Meats, Cheeses, Fresh French bread and Pastries and Yoghurts - with Tea, Coffee, Water and Juices.

11am-3pm – Shuttles leaving on the hour for the track

4pm – Opening ceremony and Race Start of the 94th Le Mans 24 Hour Race. Transfers back from the track to the chateaus via our onsite Team Langoustine ‘Pub’ from the circuit. The Mini bus will pick up from 6pm through the night on the hour every hour.

8pm-10pm – Live Music outside (or inside if raining) and BBQ at the chateau.

10pm-4am – LJP Club Experience at La Prieurie with DJs, Shhh Resident and Tomorrowland Presenter Carly Wilford, Eastie, Folie Douce DJ Jared, JD, Ruby D and more.

Sunday 15th June

9am-10.30am – Breakfast is served chateau for our guests of La Prieurie Glamping which include Meats, Cheeses, Fresh French bread and Pastries and Yoghurts - with Tea, Coffee, Water and Juices.

11am • 1pm • 3pm – Shuttle to track if required.

4pm – Race Finish at Le Mans 24 Hour Race and experience of podium presentationand transfers back from our onsite ‘Pub’ from 6pm.

8pm-10pm – LJP BBQ and Live Music

Monday 16th June

8am-10.30am – Breakfast is served chateau for our guests of La Prieurie Glamping which include Meats, Cheeses, Fresh French bread and Pastries and Yoghurts - with Tea, Coffee, Water and Juices.

11am – Check out and Depart
