Our 11th century monastery, La Prieure de Vivoin, provides an incredible backdrop to our VIP glamping village, where we can enjoy the beautiful countryside and explore the delights of the historical monument, which has been known for its exceptional restoration and stunning architecture – it even houses are infamous nightclub ‘The Monastery of Sound.’

Our luxury glamping lodges are suitable for two, three or four people (single occupancy is limited and subject to an additional supplement) and are fully equipped with all you will need to ensure you have the best night sleep….when or if you decide to sleep!

Includes:

Luxury glamping lodge stay from Thursday 14.00 to Monday 11.00 – in a two, three or four person lodge. Limited single occupancy lodges are available, but supplements will apply. Lodges include comfy beds with all bedding, towels, charging points, ‘wardrobe and storage, lighting, mirror and outside a table and chairs.
Full use of facilities on site including luxury toilets and showers, indoor and outdoor dining and recreation areas, all LJP entertainment and car shows.
Transfers to and from the site to Le Mans. These will be set at scheduled times to ensure you are able to catch all of the action at the track and to avoid traffic and delays.
Meals from our expert caterers – Thursday evening, Friday morning, Friday lunchtime, Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday evening, Sunday morning, Sunday evening and Monday morning.
Water stations will be available throughout your stay. For any additional drinks and snacks there will be an onsite snack bar .

Not included:

Your ticket to the 24hr race, these can be purchased from our partner 1sttickets.
Your transport to and from the site from home.
Soft drinks and alcoholic drinks – but rest assured we will have a well-stocked cash bar available on site and we will make sure all the drinks are kept cold and refreshing!
For any additional food and snacks around the set dining times, there will be a cash snack bar available.

Itinerary

- 2pm Arrival on Thursday 11th June to our 17th century La Priorie estate, where you will be welcomed to our VIP glamping village. One of our concierge team will show you to your glamping lodge and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
- 6pm - Welcome drinks and start of the evening entertainment.
- 8pm – BBQ and band
- 10am – 1pm - Buffet brunch/ lunch will be available.
- 2pm - Option to take one of our private return transfers to enjoy the Free Practice sessions and Sprint Challenge at Le Mans circuit.
- 6pm - LJP Supercar Show
- 8pm – 3am - LJP Entertainment at La Prieure
- 10am – 1pm - Buffet brunch/ lunch will be available.
- 2pm – Option to take one of our private return transfers to Le Mans circuit to soak up the atmosphere and see all 62 cars and drivers.
- 4pm - Opening ceremony and race start of the 94th Le Mans 24 Hour Race.
- 8pm – 5am - LJP Entertainment at La Prieurie
- 10am – 1pm - Buffet brunch/ lunch will be available.
- 2pm - Option to take one of our private return transfers Le Mans circuit to enjoy the last laps of sheer endurance.
- 4pm Race finish at Le Mans 24 Hour Race and experience of podium presentation.
- 8pm LJP BBQ followed by LJP Entertainment at La Prieurie
- 10am Continental breakfast.
- 11am Check out and depart.
